Your Swarmed dashboard is your central hub for managing swarm alerts, claims, and rescue activity. This guide walks you through every section and tool.

Dashboard Overview

Once logged in, your dashboard gives you a live view of swarm activity in your area and access to your account settings.

On desktop, free beekeepers with free text alerts remaining see a small "{n} free texts" pill in the header (before search) that links to contributor settings, so you can check your trial balance at a glance.

Using the dashboard on your phone

The beekeeper dashboard is laid out for mobile screens: wide tables scroll sideways instead of squashing, buttons and controls are easier to tap, modals fit the screen, and tall pages scroll so nothing is cut off at the edges.

Map View in the sidebar

Everyone can open Map View from the sidebar. The icon stays highlighted in yellow so it is easy to find.

Your report history

When you load more rows on your personal report list, the dashboard advances to the next page correctly instead of showing the first page again.

In-app inbox

Use the inbox icon in the dashboard header for one-way updates from Swarmed: welcome notes, when a nearby swarm is reported, and milestones when you claim swarms. Open a message to read it, then dismiss it when you are done so the list stays tidy. This inbox is separate from SMS, WhatsApp, and email swarm alerts.

Dashboard Filters & Sorting

Your dashboard automatically organizes swarm reports to help you respond.

Default view: Available (unclaimed) swarms appear first at the top of your dashboard, followed by all other reports in reverse chronological order (newest first).

Recently claimed reports: Swarms claimed in the last 24 hours open as full cards even when marked Unavailable, so you can see who claimed them. Older unavailable reports stay collapsed.
